Flank Steak Marinade

10 servings Source yield

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Salad Oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dry Mustard or 2 T real mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • Garlic Powder to taste

Make it step by step

  1. Mix this all together in a large ziploc bag. Place a flank steak (about a pound) in the bag and try to seal out as much air as possible. Marinade for a day (that'd be 24 hrs) in the refrigerator, flip every now and then for an even marinade. Broil the meat to preferred doneness (I like RARE) and enjoy! P.S. I use very little oil - it doesn't seem to make a difference.
