Start with the basics →Choose between the Zone Diet calculators
First, decide which question you want to explore. The prescription tool estimates a daily block count from its historical formula. In contrast, the food tool starts with a serving weight and nutrient amount. The workout tool shows the original protein and carbohydrate calculation for its stated inputs.
Next, read the unit labels before entering a number. A kilogram value should not be entered as pounds, and changing the unit selector does not convert an existing body-weight entry. The explanation beside each result identifies the original method and any known limits.
Then connect the Zone Diet calculators with the newer food tools. You can move a public daily block target into the meal planner without sending body measurements. Alternatively, use the meal builder to add foods and inspect a whole meal.
Finally, keep the result in context. A block total is a reference calculation, rather than a review of energy needs, micronutrients or medical suitability. The shared methodology explains the source values and conventions behind the numbers.
