4 servings Source yield

Ingredients

  • 35 Large mushrooms
  • 1/2 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 cup of Kraft 2% Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup of Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Make it step by step

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop; set aside. In a large skillet cook ground turkey and mushroom stems over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and bread crumbs. Fill each mushroom cap with about 1 tablespoon of filling.
  3. Place filled caps on foil lined baking sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 17 - 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
  4. I used a 93/7 turkey blend and Portabella mushrooms. *
