Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 cups dark chocolate (Xocai X Power Squares)
- 1 can whole sweet potatoes, drained and mashed, or cooked squash (16 oz can)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2/3 cup cane sugar (organic unrefined)
- 1 cup instant soy milk powder
- 3/4 cup soy milk (or nut milk)
Make it step by step
- Pour water and X Power Squares into a blender. Pulse until blended. Add all other ingredients one at a time and blend until smooth. Chill to thicken. If too thick, add more soy milk. It also makes great chocolate pie when poured into graham cracker crust. If you want a mousse-like dessert, increase water to 3 cups. Serves 6-8
