Ingredients
- 330 ml light lager, very cold
- 30 ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 5 ml soy sauce or Maggi seasoning
- 6 dashes hot sauce
- Ice cubes, for serving
- 1 tbsp chilli-lime salt, for the rim
- 1 lime wedge, to garnish
Make it step by step
- Run a lime wedge round the outer rim of a tall glass and press it into the chilli-lime salt.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and hot sauce.
- Stir them together at the bottom of the glass before any beer goes in, so the seasonings do not sit in a layer.
- Pour the lager slowly down the inside of the glass, stopping when the foam reaches the rim and letting it settle before topping up.
- Do not stir once the beer is in.
- Add the lime wedge and serve immediately, with the rest of the bottle alongside.
