- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon peel dried
- 6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
Make it step by step
- Combine water, sugar, and grated lemon peel in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil; remove from heat, and let cool to room temperature.
- Combine orange juice concentrate and pineapple juice with cooled sugar water mixture. Transfer to ice cream machine and process according to manufacturer's directions.
