My Zone Journey

A clearer path to understanding your food.

My Zone Journey connects clear food measurements with practical tools and honest explanations. My Zone Journey brings the method, the measurements and the tools into one approachable place.

Useful tools.
Honest explanations.

Our aim is to make the language of Zone blocks easier to understand. You can explore daily estimates, work through food-label measurements and see the original post-workout calculation.

You do not need an account to use the calculators, and the tools do not save your entries.

What you can expect

  • Clear instructions and readable results.
  • The existing My Zone Journey formulas, with known limitations identified.
  • Sources for nutritional conventions.
  • No invented testimonials or guaranteed outcomes.

Our approach to accuracy

We distinguish between a preserved calculator formula and independently verified nutrition information. If the original application contains an inconsistency, we flag it instead of disguising a change as an identical result.

My Zone Journey is an educational resource. It is not a clinical service and does not provide a personalized medical or dietary prescription.

How My Zone Journey fits together

Start with the guide if the block terms are new to you. Next, choose one food and compare its source record with the amount on your scale. This small exercise makes the difference between food weight and nutrient weight easier to see.

The recipe library adds another step. Each recipe lists the ingredients and the original serving yield. You can change a portion, inspect all three block counts and move the measured ingredients into the meal builder. In turn, the planner organizes recipe ideas and combines their ingredients into a grocery list.

My Zone Journey keeps those steps visible. For example, cooked rice stays separate from dry rice, and a protein match does not hide a difference in carbohydrate or fat. You can inspect the shared calculation method whenever a number needs context.

Finally, use the source links and correction form when something is unclear. The aim is a useful learning process, rather than a promise that one eating pattern suits everyone.
